Trips cancelled outside of 30 days or due to weather will receive full refund of the deposit. 

Trips cancelled inside of 30 days but outside of 14, the customer will be responsible for %50 of the trip. 

Any trip cancelled 14 days or less from the scheduled date, the customer will have to cover the full cost of the trip. 

Capt. Bates reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unsafe weather conditions. Should this happen, you will receive a full refund of your deposit
